Scrimshawed Baleen Box
A wonderful three fingered baleen box. 3 1/2" x 1 1/8 oval with a whimsical heart design of arrows in the center of the lid surrounded by a chip carved border. Meandering leaves wrap around the border. Usual expected wear but in vg cond. 19th century.
