Nd. c. 1930. A Wikipedia entry states that 1929 saw "the introduction of the seasonal train termed the Trans-Canada Limited which featured new steel equipment. The Trans-Canada Limited was doomed by the Great Depression which struck after only one season. It operated one more season in 1930 and was discontinued, its equipment redistributed or stored." There are three photos of this train, pulled by two coal-burning locomotives. Other views in the collection include photos of Mount Burgess, Whiskey Jack Falls, Takarkan Falls, Twin Falls, etc. Packet (indicating 1 cent postage) shows wear, but contents are in vg cond.
